Sometimes in MyConstruct you may encounter an issue where a figure doesn't calculate correctly or a page is not loading the correct information, unfortunately these 'bugs' can sometimes be caused by your internet browser cache (similar to history).
Though we do our best to program MyConstruct to automatically fix these issues, sometimes if a browser has strict settings or the internet connect is interrupted you can encounter these problems.
The fastest way to check you are loading the latest data is to simple 'force a page reload' which is the same a refreshing the page though if you hold down the control key (ctrl + F5) it will tell the browser to ignore your local cache and pull the latest page from MyConstruct.
On a Mac, it's Shift+Command+R, or holding down Shift while clicking the reload button (as opposed to Command+R or a normal click for a regular refresh).

For issues where the browser stops responding when accessing certain pages or the browser "hangs" like it's stuck loading for a long time and then crashes, this is sometimes indicative of a browser addon or plugin causing issues with the browser itself. In this case the best option is to do a browser 'factory reset'. For details please see below vendor instructions.
