If you find yourself creating Estimates that are based off a standard plan such as a project home builder or you offer a standard package / scope of works, then creating an Estimate Template can greatly speed up your process.
First you need an Estimate that you will base your Template on, so go ahead and create an Estimate.
Once you have created your base Estimate or you already have one in mind, simply navigate to your "Manage Estimates" area and find the "Create Template" option located in the "Edit" drop-down button.
Once you have clicked on "Create Template" you'll be prompted to name the Template, this helps you choose your Template based on the description when you create a new Estimate.
Now you have created a Template, you can edit and update them by changing the top filter in your "Manage Estimates" area, shown below:
Now that you have your Template all built and ready to go, you can now select it as the base of your new Estimates. Just navigate to the "Estimates" option on the left menu, then select "Create Estimate" and at the bottom you'll be able to select your new Template as the base of the Estimate.
