Pricing Areas store the different rates for areas or suburbs in which you are working and require different pricing. For example, Concrete Supply may be $140 per m3 in Brisbane but $160 per m3 in South East QLD. By setting up different Pricing Areas you ensure that estimates will use accurate pricing in different regions.
Each MyConstruct account is setup with a default pricing area (using your business suburb). You can rename this according to the pricing area you are working in. To do this, navigate to Estimating - Manage Pricing Areas. Then click the edit button on the far right of your pricing area.
