MyConstruct charges on your phone bill (United Kingdom)

Important Notice Regarding UK Phone Bill Charges

We have received several support requests from customers in the United Kingdom regarding charges appearing on their phone bills. Please note that MyConstruct is a software company based in Australia, and we do not provide home services or referrals to contractors / house maintenance bookings.

To clarify:

1. MyConstruct is a digital SaaS platform; we do not offer physical services such as home improvement or contractor work.
2. All payments for MyConstruct services are processed directly through our website. We have no means of charging against phone bills.
3. MyConstruct only supports Australia, and our payment gateway only accepts Australian credit cards.
4. We do not have a UK entity or any operations in the United Kingdom. Our only registered company is in Australia.
5. If you are billed for MyConstruct services, the charge will appear on your credit card statement as "myconstruct.com". We do not charge in any other way.

If you are seeing unexpected charges on your phone bill, it may be due to a service with a similar name in the UK, such as "my constructor" or anything containing ".co.uk", We recommend contacting your phone service provider for further assistance in disputing charges.
