Some times when using MyConstruct on a smaller screen such as a laptop, you may encounter a situation where the tables hide / don't show your data and act strange. This is to do with the screen resolution and although MyConstruct is designed to be 'responsive' (scale to suit screens) sometimes this can happen due to a number of factors such as browser updates or other technical faults.
But never fear, we have a few solutions on how to fix this below, but we also appreciate users submitting a ticket and telling us when / where they experience this issue so our tech team can make adjustments to the page.
This is an example of how the table may end up looking:
A simple quick fix for this issue is to click the 'collapse menu' button in the upper left corner (to the right of the MyConstruct logo) - this will give your browser the extra screen space it needs to show the table data correctly.
Sometimes the browser may need a bit more space though (if your screen is an odd size for example).
The next option is to hold down the control (ctrl) key and press the minus key (-) once or twice and see if the table shows up, this is tell your browser to 'zoom out' sometimes this will solve the issue, if you're on a Mac it will be the command key and minus. You can also hold ctrl and scroll up or down to zoom in and out. Sometimes you may zoom in by accident on a laptop with a sensitive touch-pad.
If the zoom doesn't work out, you can reset it back to 100% zoom by simply pressing the ctrl and plus (+) combo to reset it to 'normal' zoom which is 100%.
If you find the data is still missing you may have to contact support and provide us a screenshot of the issue for further assistance.
