When signing up to MyConstruct all business names and email addresses are to be unique, you can't register a business name if it's already been taken or if your email is used for an existing business.
This can all be easily cleared up with a support ticket, just contact our support staff and we can help you get started or access your old account.
Please do not try altering the names slightly in order to gain access to a new account and trial, our support staff will happily re-activate your existing business details for a 30 day trial if this is the case.
If you need help with re-activating a trial or you'd like to start a fresh new trial from scratch but the details have been used, simply open up a support ticket by clicking the "help" button in the lower right of the screen and we'll help you out.
