When signing up for MyConstruct, all business names and email addresses must be unique. You cannot register a business name if it has already been taken or if your email is already associated with an existing business.
This can easily be resolved with a support ticket. Simply contact our support staff, and we can help you get started or regain access to your old account.
Please do not try to alter the names slightly to gain access to a new account or trial. Our support staff will happily re-activate your existing business details for a 30-day trial in such cases.
If you need help re-activating a trial or would like to start a fresh trial from scratch but your details have already been used, simply open a support ticket by clicking the "Help" button in the lower right corner of the screen, and we’ll assist you.
